Not Sebi approved. : This book would make Dr. Sebi cringe with all the acidic recommendations like honey, chicken, apple cider vinegar. But I do know that broccoli is not a recommended food, as it is not natural. And this book recommends broccoli to get more sulfur. Unfortunately that error made me not want to check out the rest of the book. Since I don’t know all of the sebi teachings, I wouldn’t know if I was doing good or bad to my body with this book.
